About the role

Prime Building Land Limited works closely with independent land finders and land scouts to identify and engage target landowners who own property having strategic value for residential development purposes and other uses.

Prime Building Land Limited works closely with independent land finders and land scouts to identify and engage target landowners who own property having strategic value for residential development purposes and other uses.

Our mission is to uncover those sites around the UK which have development potential. 

We are not just simply interested in vast, empty building plots which already have planning permission but are more interested in land and properties without planning permission.

CATEGORIES OF LAND OF INTEREST TO US INCLUDE

Land on the edge of a residential area. These parcels of land may sometimes have a potential for residential development depending upon their proximity residential neighbourhoods.

Half an acre or more of back garden. When it comes to development, these are sites right on their own doorstep which owners often forget to consider. They could be at the end of a long garden, or perhaps to one side of an existing plot, or indeed any other spare ground in a residential area.

Adjoining residential plots. You may find out the owners of such adjoining plots and discuss with them about maximising the value of such plots by selling them.

Commercial Premises. These are likely to be places where an existing business is redundant or would willingly consider offers such as pubs, working men’s clubs, churches, retail units, factories, office blocks, garages, catteries or kennels. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Land Finder/ Land Scout will be an independent contractor who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and sourcing suitable land and properties by making contact and building relationships with relevant land and property owners.

The Land Finder/ Land Scout will source suitable land and properties by networking/social networking, making enquiries of owners of suitable lands, getting the owners interested in selling such land and properties and introducing such land and property owners to us to sell their sites for them.

Upon successful sale of the land or property, we shall pay the Land Finder/ Scout a very attractive commission of 20% of the commission we get for selling the Land or property within 7 days of our receipt of sales commission upon production of your invoice.

Please note that the Land Finder/ Scout will only be entitled to their commission upon prior signing of a Land Finder’s agreement with us and if the property is sold by us.

Currently, we are seeking Land Finders/ Land Scouts in every county of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
